Compensation: £32,000 - £34,000 / year

• No weekend work: 45 hours Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800

What you will be doing:

• Handle parts orders from start to finish - receive requests, interpret requirements, and advise on additional needs or pricing.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customers and technicians are kept fully informed.
• Maintain stock control systems - record movements accurately and store parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and assisting with promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the Vines experience is upheld at all times.
• Keep displays and work areas to the highest standard and contribute to a safe, organised environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Customer Service experience required. Parts advisor or automotive aftersales experience an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work under your own initiative.
• Comfortable using IT systems (training on our in-house systems will be provided).
