• Managing & reporting incident tickets.
  서비스 티켓을 관리하고 통계 보고합니다.
• Responses to system-related inquiries.
  시스템 관련 문의를 응대합니다.
• IT documents creation support.
  IT 관련문서 작성을 지원합니다.
• IT Audit & Internal control support.
  IT 감사 및 내부 통제 활동을 지원합니다.
• Extracting data from database with queries to business support.
  쿼리를 활용하여 데이터베이스에서 데이터를 추출해 현업부서를 지원합니다.
• Support team-related activities (team meetings, workshop, cost treatment etc.).
  팀 관련 활동(팀 미팅, 워크샵, 비용 처리 등)을 지원합니다.

What should you bring along?

• IT-related major
  IT 관련 전공이신 분
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  긍정적이고 적극적인 자세로 문제를 해결하려는 태도, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 협업 마인드를 보유하신 분
• English communication skills
  영어 의사소통 능력을 갖추신 분
• Experience in development or SQL query usage is a plus
  개발 경험 또는 쿼리 사용 경험이 있는 분 우대
