Client Advisor Assistant – BMW of Ridgefield

BMW of Ridgefield, a six-time BMW Center of Excellence Award winner, is recognized as one of the top BMW Centers in the country. We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Advisor Assistant to support one of our senior, top-performing Client Advisors.

This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in building a career in automotive sales. You’ll work directly alongside one of the top BMW Client Advisors by sales volume in the region and gain hands-on experience in the luxury automotive sales process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-up
• Help coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and sales-related tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with maintaining accurate client and vehicle information
• Support the Client Advisor throughout the sales process
• Help ensure each client receives an exceptional BMW experience
• Learn the luxury automotive sales business firsthand from an experienced, high-performing Client Advisor

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Interest in developing a career in automotive sales
