BMS Project Manager

On behalf of an industry-leading BMS and Energy Facilities provider, VIGO is looking for a BMS Project Manager to lead and manage some of the most exciting projects in Smart Buildings and Energy Optimisation.
As Project Manager, y our key responsibility in this role is to flex your project management skills, use your technical BMS understanding, and ensure the smooth running of several projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and customer expectations are met or surpassed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMS projects from initial conception to completion.
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
- Facilitate client communications and foster positive, long-term relationships.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved.
- Comply with and enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a project manager in the BMS industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
- Excellent understanding of BMS and energy optimisation solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Highly proficient in project management software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
