Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth functioning of all building services including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks on BMS-controlled systems.
Maintain accurate logs of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and management for system upgrades or repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist in reporting and analysing BMS data to optimize building efficiency and energy management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field.
2–5 years of BMS operation and maintenance experience.
Hands-on with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and BMS systems.
Familiarity with BMS software (Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible for shift work and emergency handling.
