The BMS Foreman will oversee site execution of Building Management System (BMS) installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires hands-on supervision of technicians, coordination with engineers, and ensuring smooth site operations for Siemens projects.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of BMS technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS equipment.
Monitor progress against project schedules and report site updates to engineers.
Enforce compliance with HSE standards and quality control procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the BMS Engineer.
Manage materials, tools, and workforce allocation effectively.
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS installation and supervision.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, fire alarm, and security system integration.
Excellent leadership and supervision skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
