Our client are looking for BMS Engineers with Schneider software experience specifically to help close out a healthcare project in Bath. This is an urgent requirement paying a fantastic day rate as well as accommodation costs.
ROLE:
• Testing and inspecting equipment
• Ensure all relevant paperwork associated with the above is completed in line with the commissioning works that is undertaken.
• Ensuring handover of fully operational BEMS Systems.
• Investigating and repairing faults.
• Responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget to a satisfied customer.
• Responsible for the commercial performance of the project including the preparation, submission, and agreement of variations.
• Overall responsibility for health and safety management on all managed projects.
• Ensuring standard documents are continually used and maintained including the Schedule of Deliverables, Project Dashboard, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Panel Drawings, Technical submittals, RFI's, etc
