Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated BMS Engineer with strong expertise in Honeywell (EBI) and Comfort Point, XL 5000 series, Alerton systemscovering both software and hardware components and strong hands on experience on CP studio, XL care, MS Visio logic.

The candidate must possess hands-on experience with Honeywell BMS systems, field devices, and site operations, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and fit-out works.

The successful candidate will ensure all systems perform optimally, provide technical support, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure project and maintenance objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities on Honeywell BMS systems, including EBI, Alerton envision and Comfort Point and XL 5000 series.
• Carry out installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning and fit-out works of Honeywell controllers, sensors, actuators, and related field devices.
• Execute fit-out and modification works, including integration of new equipment, devices, and system expansions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and communication issues within the BMS network.
• Update and maintain system graphics, point databases, and control logic in Honeywell EBI/Comfort Point platforms.
• Ensure smooth system operation and optimization for HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems.
• Prepare detailed maintenance and service reports, documenting issues, corrective actions, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the internal technical team to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
• Provide technical support and training to on-site teams and end users.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Honeywell EBI and Comfort Point (software and hardware).
• In-depth knowledge of BMS architecture, control systems, DDC drawings field devices, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Proven experience in PPM, CM, and fit-out projects on Honeywell platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of dealing professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting abilities.
