We are seeking qualified and experienced BMS (Building Management System) Engineers to support operations at our project site in Lusail, Doha. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Building Management Systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and reliability across the projects facilities.
Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated components.
Monitor system performance and ensure all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying system faults and implementing timely solutions.
Coordinate with other engineering teams to integrate BMS with other control systems.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and calibration of system components and field devices.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation related to BMS operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Support project management teams in implementing system upgrades and modifications when required.
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in BMS installation, maintenance, or commissioning (experience with brands like Siemens, Honeywell, or Schneider preferred).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation controls.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and graphical interfaces.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Language: English (proficient in reading, writing, and communication).
Nationality: Open (flexible).
