What you'll do

  • Operate and monitor BMS and DCIM systems to ensure optimal performance of Data Center facilities.
  • Monitor critical building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire and life safety systems, generators, plumbing, and ELV systems.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and facility-related events in a timely manner and escalate issues as required.
  • Perform routine inspections and operational checks of facility equipment and control systems.
  • Maintain operational logs, maintenance records, and system documentation.
  • Create and manage maintenance work orders and job cards within CAFM systems.
  • Monitor environmental conditions, equipment health, and system performance to support continuous operations.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and external vendors.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and operational requirements.
  • Participate in emergency response activities and provide after-hours support when required.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What you'll have

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience operating BMS/DCIM systems within a Data Center or critical facilities environment.
  • Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and fire & life safety systems.
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting BMS/DCIM platforms.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and system documentation.
  • Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
