职位描述
1、负责BMS软件模块开发,包含应用层逻辑开发、BMS核心算法的设计（SOX、均衡控制、热管理、故障诊断，以及云端的电池安全预警、寿命预测等）； 2、项目中协助硬件工程师和产测相关同事完成相应的需求开发、调试和问题分析； 3、技术文档输出，编写软件需求规格书、设计文档、测试报告等技术文件，确保开发流程规范化。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，熟悉嵌入式系统开发，使用过至少一种MCU（如STM32系列）进行项目开发，对常见的外设(如CAN、UART、adc等)熟练掌握者优先； 2、具有一定的硬件开发基础，能看懂理解常用的电路（滤波、运放、AD等）； 3、了解电池管理系统基本原理，对SOC、SOH等算法有一定认识； 4、熟悉C/C++、Python等编程语言或MBD、Simulink建模工具，对matlab仿真有一定的了解； 5、具备良好的英语阅读能力，能够理解英文技术文档。
