Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Request modules.
  • Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, integrations, and access controls.
  • Configure and customize forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, and business rules.
  • Develop automations and REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Support upgrades, patches, deployments, and ensure upgrade-safe configurations.
  • Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and discovery integrations.
  • Document configurations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy platform support and customization.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
