Join our Chef Talent Team as a Chef de Partie, supporting our Head Chefs and kitchen teams across our London locations.
You’ll bring your skills to different BM sites, helping our teams deliver fresh, seasonal food and brilliant standards. If you enjoy variety, meeting new teams and showcasing your talent across different kitchens, this could be the role for you.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and presenting food to a high standard
- Supporting smooth kitchen service and daily delivery
- Helping with stock control and cost awareness
- Following food safety and company procedures
- Contributing ideas and supporting menu consistency
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team
- Helping deliver a great customer experience through quality food
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar chef role
- Passion for fresh food and presentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail
- NVQ, C&G or equivalent experience
