Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to provide application support for our client's business team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and have a proven ability to lead technical teams. This role requires excellent analytical skills, customer interfacing abilities, and experience in system integration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & System Integration:

• 
  Lead and manage a technical team to ensure successful project execution.
• 
  Analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications, focusing on system integration mapping documentation.
• 
  Implement, configure, and maintain the JDA Warehouse Management System to meet the company’s operational requirements.
• 
  Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.
• 
  Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS enhancements and modifications.
• 
  Provide technical support and training to clients on JDA products.
• 
  Strong expertise in MOCA components, Page Builder, reports, and label generation.
• 
  Proficiency in Integrator – troubleshooting interface failures and resolving issues.

Application Support:

• 
  Provide first-level contact and solutions for user issues.
• 
  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
• 
  Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health and stability.

User Training and Support:

• 
  Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient utilization of the WMS.
• 
  Develop user guides and documentation for effective use of the system.
• 
  Assist users in understanding and utilizing the application effectively.

Liaison with Stakeholders:

• 
  Collaborate with the client's business team to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• 
  Communicate regularly with technical, application, and operational staff to ensure system integrity and security.
• 
  Coordinate with the technical team to handle necessary software upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 
  Proven experience in a similar role, providing application support and leading technical teams.
• 
  Experience with JDA WMS is highly desirable.
• 
  Strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
• 
  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• 
  Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
