Job Title: Consultant - Blue Yonder WMS

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation/support of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Manage project teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in WMS configuration and customization.
• Gathering business requirements related to Blue Yonder implementation/support.
• Performing fit-gap analysis.
• Designing and developing solutions within the Blue Yonder platform.
• Configuration, testing, and user training.
• Creating documentation.
• Providing support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Managing project risks and stakeholder communication.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Good to have knowledge of MOCA
• Experience in leading WMS projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven experience in leading Blue Yonder implementations.
• Experience in client management and business development.
