This role sits at the heart of large-scale supply chain transformation programs, combining deep functional understanding with strong technical execution across Blue Yonder/JDA platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable system solutions. The position involves hands-on configuration, customization, integration support, and end-to-end delivery across planning and optimization modules. You will contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives, helping improve forecasting, fulfillment, and operational efficiency. Operating in a dynamic, global environment, you will play a key role in ensuring systems are aligned with business strategy and performance goals. Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA supply chain solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs. You will gather and translate requirements into functional and technical designs while configuring and customizing applications to deliver effective solutions.

• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA modules across supply chain planning and optimization.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed techno-functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize system workflows, data flows, and integrations based on business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and architects across offshore and onsite delivery models.
• Support full project lifecycle activities including design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable long-term fixes.
• Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Blue Yonder/JDA environments with strong techno-functional expertise in supply chain systems. You should be able to bridge business and technical perspectives, drive solution design, and support complex enterprise implementations with confidence.

• 10–20 years of experience in Blue Yonder/JDA techno-functional consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder supply chain planning, configuration, and customization.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, fulfillment, inventory, or warehouse management.
• Experience in system integration, APIs, data mapping, and enterprise application workflows.
• Ability to write functional specifications, test cases, and detailed technical documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to SQL, scripting, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; Blue Yonder/JDA certifications are preferred.
