As the Senior Designer at Blue Machines AI, you will own high-impact design across decks, reports, social creatives, and website assets. You will lead event branding and campaign design, ensuring a consistent visual language across every touchpoint. This role blends strong craft with sharp business context, building a premium, institutional brand perception aligned with Blue Machines’ enterprise positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Systems and Visual Language

  • Own and evolve Blue Machines’ visual identity across channels, ensuring consistency in typography, color, layout, and illustration style.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries for scale and speed.
  • Raise the bar on design quality through critiques, feedback loops, and clear standards.

Decks and Reports

  • Design high-stakes presentations for leadership, sales, partnerships, and product narratives.
  • Convert complex ideas into clear, executive-ready storytelling using strong hierarchy and structure
  • Build repeatable deck and report templates that teams can use without dilution in quality.

Social and Performance Creatives

  • Design social creatives that are scroll-stopping, on-brand, and aligned to campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate messaging into strong visual concepts.
  • Ensure outputs work across formats including static, carousel, and lightweight motion-ready layouts.

Website Assets and Marketing Surfaces

  • Design website visuals and campaign landing page assets aligned to premium enterprise expectations.
  • Work closely with web and product teams to maintain brand coherence across the site.
  • Support visual needs across GTM surfaces including one-pagers, email headers, and sales collaterals.

Event Branding and Campaign Design

  • Own event identity systems for summits, roundtables, booths, and partner activations.
  • Create cohesive assets across event touchpoints including invites, signage, stage screens, badges, and post-event content.
  • Build design kits that make event execution fast and consistent across cities and vendors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Video, and Leadership to deliver work that supports business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple parallel workstreams with clear prioritization and timelines.
  • Coordinate with external partners when needed such as printers, fabricators, and production vendors.

  • Improve perceived brand quality across external surfaces (website, decks, events, social) through consistent, high-craft design.
  • Deliver a premium, institutional look that matches enterprise buyer expectations.

  • Maintain a unified visual language across decks, reports, social creatives, and website assets.
  • Reduce brand inconsistency by driving adoption of templates and guidelines across teams.

3) High-Stakes Storytelling Outputs

  • Deliver executive-ready decks and reports that clearly communicate positioning, value, and outcomes.
  • Improve readability and narrative flow of key materials used in enterprise GTM.

4) Campaign and Event Design Excellence

  • Launch event branding systems and campaign design kits that feel cohesive and world-class.
  • Ensure on-ground and digital event experiences look consistent and premium across all touchpoints.

5) Speed, Scale, and Reusability

  • Build scalable design systems including templates, libraries, and toolkits that reduce turnaround time.
  • Increase output without compromising quality by standardizing repeatable components.

Requirements

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years in brand design, graphic design, or visual design (B2B, tech, SaaS preferred).
  • Strong portfolio across decks, reports, social creatives, and web marketing assets.
  • Experience designing event branding and campaign systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength).

Skills

  • Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, and design systems, with proficiency in GenAI tools for faster ideation and iteration (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, Midjourney/DALL·E/Adobe Firefly, Runway, Figma AI).
  • Ability to translate complex enterprise narratives into clear, executive-ready visuals.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality checks, and versioning to maintain premium output at speed.
  • Bonus: motion basics (After Effects or similar) and understanding of web design constraints.
