We’re looking for a talented, reliable, and client-focused Blowout Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a stylist who loves styling, consistency, and making people feel amazing—without cutting or coloring.
Key Responsibilities

• Create signature Blo blowouts, updos, and styled looks
• Consult with clients to understand their desired style and hair goals
• Shampoo, condition, and prep hair using Blo-approved products
• Deliver a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Recommend retail products and service add-ons with confidence
• Support team flow during busy shifts and peak hours

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license (required)
• Blowout and styling experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team mindset
• Ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays, and peak times
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Compensation: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour
