Job Description

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking an adaptable, dependable Blow Mold Bagger/ Debagger to support packaging operations. Operate labelers, daters, baggers, and debaggers. Complete all required production and quality paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety and GMP standards. Work closely with Machine Operators to ensure a steady and continuous flow of bottles to fillers. Bag approximately 5,600 bottles per hour to maintain the supply for all three machines. Perform duties as a Sour Cream Bagger on Tuesdays. Perform all other tasks as assigned by management. This position requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and to assist in multiple areas as operational needs require.

SCHEDULE:

Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 2.pm-10pm/ Tue 4pm-12am. Days Off: Sun & Thu.

COMPENSATION:

$26.79/hour.

+ $0.50/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6 pm and 5 am.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an effective team member.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend the entire shift virtually.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
  • Previous manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Previous food manufacturing, processing, or warehouse experience is a plus!
