About the Role
As a Part Time Brand Specialist, you will be a key ambassador for Reiss, representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and style. You will play an integral role on the sales floor, building meaningful client relationships, delivering personalised styling, and supporting the store team operationally in achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with the Reiss brand and service standards
  • Build strong client relationships through expert product knowledge, styling advice, and follow‑up communication
  • Drive sales by confidently achieving individual and store KPIs
  • Maintain impeccable visual standards on the shop floor in line with brand guidelines
  • Support stock management, including replenishment and maintaining stock room organisation
  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and passion at all times
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and elevated store environment
