Compensation

• Salary $32,000 - $38,000 annually
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000 Relocation Bonus for candidates 200+ miles away

Responsibilities

• Ensure an adequate and safe blood supply by soliciting and collecting donations.
• Follow established safety guidelines and regulatory standards during all procedures.
• Accurately input donor information into computer systems.
• Maintain donor logs and organize workspaces per OSHA and NIOSH standards.

Qualifications

• Education High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Minimum 2 years experience
• Licenses/Certifications
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Skills
• Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Willingness to contribute as a designated driver for donor operations.
