Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital products and initiatives that support Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food’s strategic objectives, particularly across supply chain, sustainability, traceability, and operational excellence. This role bridges business needs and execution by defining product vision, managing delivery plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Product & Project Leadership
• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with business strategy and operational needs.
• Own product roadmaps and project plans, ensuring clear prioritization, scope definition, and delivery milestones.
• Translate business problems and regulatory requirements (e.g., sustainability, traceability, compliance) into clear product requirements and project deliverables.
• Balance long-term product strategy with short-term execution and delivery commitments.
Requirements & Delivery Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Operations, Sustainability, Vendors) to ensure alignment and execution.
• Oversee integration of digital products with SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP EHS).
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving mitigation and resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants and Basis teams for system alignment and integration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and steering discussions to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption through clear communication and engagement.
Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
• Support Agile and iterative delivery practices while maintaining governance and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, measuring outcomes, and refining product or delivery approaches.
Innovation & Business Impact
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions to improve efficiency, transparency, sustainability, and decision-making.
• Stay informed on industry trends in agribusiness, supply chain, sustainability, and digital platforms.
• Recommend enhancements or new initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics or equivalent
