Job Description

We are looking for female candidates to manage resident’s behavior, ensuring the block’s facilities are well-maintained and addressing students' welfare needs.

Key Responsibilities

→ Record and maintain attendance of students on a daily basis and report the status to higher officials.

→ Maintain a student database (including students and their parents contact number and address).

→ Maintain student discipline, restrict movement from and between blocks, and meeting of senior and junior students within the blocks.

→ Coordinate to segregate the waste inside the hostel and maintain cleanliness of the block premises and tidiness within rooms.

→ Check electrical, plumbing and maintenance in the hostel blocks.

→ Coordinate students' hospital visits.

→ Check and maintain general discipline and avoid (banned items like alcohol / drug/ ragging/ unauthorized entry).

Desired Candidate Profile

→ Any degree with computer proficiency or a related field.

→ Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hostel or similar setting.

→ Age Limit: 25 – 35 (Female candidates preferred).

→ Rotational shift timings will be 6AM to 3 PM and 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

→ Proficiency in conflict resolution and discipline enforcement.
