Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead our front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.

• Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

• Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and exceptional service. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.

• Staffing: Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and new employee onboarding.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor, assistant manager, or a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
