Main Responsibilities:
Supporting the contract in completion of planned project activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are completed in the required timeline.
Ensure Contractor obtains all required approvals for all project documentation.
Manage all project internal and external interfaces.
Update and review progress on a weekly basis and highlight areas of concern that require intervention.
Prepare and issue weekly progress reports for projects.
Prepare periodic slides for executive management presentation
Project management support
Support Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project review.
Compile inputs to prepare project planning reports
Retrofit implementation support
Support in supervising the ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.
Support in the Project Manager in managing the relationship with the Government entity.
Post-retrofit support
Support the supervision of O&M services provided.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring that the performance guarantees are satisfied.
Liaise with Finance / Legal to resolve any issues
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field
CEM / CMVP certification is preferred.
SEC designer or installer solar certification is preferred
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 4 years in a project management role with responsibility for the performance of contractors; preferably with retrofit experience within ESCO (or EPC) industry experience
Interpersonal: Professional proficiency of English required; fluency in Arabic is a must; effective communication skills (written and verbal); effective time management skills; ability to manage concurrent projects
Technical: Technical knowledge relating to building retrofits and potential savings
