In Argentina we are actively seeking a Bizagi BPM Technical Lead to strengthen our team. Your mission will be to design robust BPM solution architectures, drive enterprise-level workflow automation, and establish engineering standards and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
This is you
Advanced expertise in Bizagi BPM Suite, including Modeler, Studio, and Automation components.
Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards and software quality assurance practices.
Proven experience designing scalable BPM solution architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience leading, mentoring, and technical gatekeeping for engineering and development teams.
Solid understanding of systems integration utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in effort estimation, project planning, and technical risk assessment.
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or equivalent.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
Official Bizagi Professional or Developer certification.
Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps principles applied to automation.
Experience working within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar corporate governance structure.
This is your role
Architect, design, and implement end-to-end automated business processes using Bizagi BPM Suite.
Define and enforce development methodologies, coding standards, code review practices, and governance frameworks across the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor engineering members, encouraging professional skill advancement and technical excellence.
Coordinate architectural scoping, build prototypes, and provide accurate effort estimations and risk assessments.
Integrate complex systems and data sources using robust API structures (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable, optimized automation workflows.
Support deployment activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and workflow efficiency.
