Join us at Courtyard by Marriott Littleton, MA hotel We are excited to add new members to our team.

We are looking for a Full Time Bistro Supervisor to supervise Food preparation at our hotel Bistro. Our Hotel Bistro is our property restaurant that serves food & drinks both AM & PM hours.

Courtyard by Marriott Littleton, MA hotel is currently looking for an organized candidate with great communication skills to ensure quality & consistency relating to food served in our Bistro. The ideal candidate will b. a team player and be familiar with working in a kitchen.

Pay: $18.00 - 20.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the kitchen prepping food, cooking, and washing dishes as needed.
  • Sets up the front Bar according checklist
  • Prepares and serves food, coffee, and other beverages, including alcohol
  • Takes orders from customers, inputs orders, obtains payment and provides change.
  • Ensures food is properly stored and secured upon closing.
  • Ensures functions are executed according to guidelines provided
  • Attends weekly department meetings & department staff meetings are held monthly.
  • Weekly Inventory and ordering
  • Keeps up to date
