Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, whether in a fine dining setting, banquet, or catering event.

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to established standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to their needs promptly.
  • Support the dietary aide team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during busy service periods.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events, ensuring all items are properly arranged.
  • Help maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food service or hospitality, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities and food preparation techniques is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A passion for fine dining experiences and catering services will be highly regarded.
