The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring Party Hosts and we're excited for you to join our team! In this role, you will provide direct supervision of children attending birthday parties while creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Party Hosts lead activities, engage with children and families, and ensure parties run smoothly while promoting inclusion, respect, and safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Requirements

• Minimum age of 14 years old; Must be able to furnish working papers.
• 18 years old preferred for leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
• Prior childcare experience with children under age 13 years old preferred.
• Strong communication, group management, and customer service skills.
• Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications preferred.
