To help us continue delivering operational excellence, we are opening a new position as Industrial & Supply Controller for Biospringer & Procelys at our headquarters in Marcq-en-Barœul, France.
This is a pivotal role that combines financial expertise with operational insights, supporting decision-making in order to ensure the organization remains competitive, efficient, and profitable. If you're looking to make a tangible impact by fostering collaboration across multiple manufacturing and supply chain sites globally, this role is perfect for you.
The position:
As part of the Finance Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust performance tracking, cost control, and process optimization in both manufacturing and supply chain operations. Initially, your primary focus will be to strengthen Industrial Controlling by working directly with plant controllers and operational teams across sites such as the US, France, Serbia, China, and Brazil. As the role evolves, you’ll extend your expertise to Supply Chain Finance, improving visibility into transportation costs and logistics efficiency
The position reports directly to the Global Finance Director for Biospringer & Procelys and involves occasional travels to manufacturing sites worldwide.
