The DSP Bioprocess Engineer is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of commercial and clinical manufacturing campaigns within the Downstream Processing (DSP) area. The role serves as the manufacturing subject matter expert for assigned products, ensuring compliant, safe, efficient, and reliable production according to cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence standards.
The DSP Bioprocess Engineer acts as the Functional Lead for manufacturing-related activities, supports plant operations, leads risk assessments and process improvements, and provides technical expertise for capital projects, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness.
