
A results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage pharmaceutical customer prospects and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
lAchieve sales targets of BioMonitoring team within schedule in pharm sector
lManage and grow existing pharm customers within a defined territory
lDevelop new business opportunities and grow sales with new pharm customers
lTrain the distributor team and manage distributor sales performance, set up annual plan for BM business, develop more opportunities in assigned territory and achieve sales target;
lDevelop and maintain the relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
lDevelop and utilize internal and external strategic partnerships to drive sales
lMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
lIdentify and secure new business by making corporate level sales calls, preparing presentations, and representing the company at national tradeshows, conferences, and/or meetings
lProvides daily activity and historical records in SFDC
lSupply team members with relevant market intelligence to help them win business
lCollaborate with other teams/ members to make sure all issues and inquiries are solved in timely manner
Requirements:
lBachelor’s degree in Microbiology, life science, biology or pharmaceutical
l5+ years Sales Experience in Pharma sector industry
lQA & QC or lab experience is a plus
lAbility and willingness to travel
lBusiness level proficiency in English (TOEIC 700 or above); Native level Japanese
