The Position

职位名称：罗氏制药生物统计分析实习生

工作地点：上海

实习部门/团队介绍: 整合证据生成与合规团队 (Integrated Evidence Generation and Compliance) 隶属医学事务部，致力于整合临床与真实世界数据，通过科学研究填补证据缺口，论证产品医学价值，赋能医学策略与临床决策。

加入该项目你将：

• 深度参与前沿研究： 与统计师及数据科学家协作，处理多元化的真实世界数据，支持高标准的医学证据生成。
• 统计分析实战： 运用常规及探索性统计方法，完成从数据清洗、标准化到核心分析代码（SAS/R）的编写与调试。
• 工具创新与优化： 运行并优化现有分析工具，针对特定医学需求开发自动化分析插件或模型。
• 数据洞察可视化： 参与构建数据可视化看板（Tableau），将复杂结果转化为直观的科学洞察。

我们期待这样的你：

• 专业背景： 公共卫生、生物统计学、数据科学或相关专业在校研究生。
• 技术能力： 熟练掌握 SAS 或 R 语言进行统计建模；具备 Tableau / PowerBI 经验者优先。
• 办公技能： 精通 Excel（数据处理）及 PPT（可视化呈现）。
• 时间要求： 7月至9月期间，每周至少保证 3天 线下办公（到岗）。
• 核心素质： 具备严谨的科学思维、出色的逻辑分析能力及良好的团队协作精神。
