Job Description

The Biomedical Engineering Department Administrative & Technology Support (STUDENT) will provide administrative and technology support to the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Case School of Engineering & School of Medicine.

We are seeking a detail-oriented student assistant to support departmental organization and digital workflow improvements.

Responsibilities include assisting with building and maintaining the department SharePoint site, updating Microsoft SmartForms, organizing department OneDrive folders, and helping organize departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Flexible schedule, 10-20 hours per week preferred.

$13-18/hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·Support departmental organization

·Implement digital workflow improvements and updates

·Build and maintain the department SharePoint site

·Build and maintain department Microsoft 365 (access) groups

·Update Microsoft SmartForms

·Organize department OneDrive folders

·Organize department SOPs

Qualifications

· Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

· Tech-savvy, able to work independently, and comfortable learning new Microsoft 365 tools

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

· Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
