主要工作职责
· 负责蛋白质组学流程中生物样品的前处理，质谱分析以及数据分析等相关工作；
· 主导新型蛋白质组学检测方法、样品前处理技术及分析流程的开发、优化与验证，并建立和完善相关技术的标准操作规程（SOP），推动研发成果向常规服务转化；
· 作为课题负责人（Study Director, SD），全面主导客户定制化蛋白质组学项目的全生命周期管理, 确保项目按时、高质量交付；
· 负责与客户进行技术沟通，准确理解客户需求，设计科学合理的实验方案,
· 完成部门负责人交待的其他任务。
教育背景及经验
· 分析化学、分子生物学、化学生物学、蛋白质组学或相关专业，硕士五年以上工作经验，博士两年以上工作经验。
技能要求
· 具有扎实的质谱蛋白质组学专业知识，了解行业最新研究进展；
· 熟练掌握常规细胞样本、组织样本和体液样本等的蛋白质组学样品前处理技术，掌握多种亲和富集方法；
· 熟练掌握蛋白质组学流程中涉及的常规仪器和设备的使用和维护方法，包括高通量研磨仪、液相色谱、高分辨质谱等；
· 具备优秀的项目管理能力，有作为 SD或项目经理主导完整项目交付的成功经验；
· 具备良好的客户服务意识、跨部门沟通能力及团队领导力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境并承受一定的抗压能力
