About Inovarion
Inovarion is a Research and Innovation centre founded in 2013. Operating at the interface between fundamental research and industrial development, Inovarion brings its know-how and expertise to major public and private players in biomedical research. Over more than a decade it has become a central actor in Research and Development in France, with a core mission of advancing scientific knowledge in the Life Sciences.
Your role
As a laboratory technician, you will carry out the day-to-day experimental work in fundamental cell and molecular biology research maintaining cell cultures, preparing and processing samples, performing molecular and cell biology protocols with rigour, and acquiring and recording data. You will also help keep the laboratory running smoothly, including consumables management, sample and data traceability, and adherence to health and safety rules.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a laboratory technician (m/w/d) with a solid command of the following fundamentals:
Cell culture maintenance and expansion of cell lines, sterile working conditions, culture monitoring;
Molecular biology nucleic acid extraction (DNA/RNA), PCR / qPCR;
Cell biology cell transfection / infection, microscopy-based observation;
Protein biochemistry electrophoresis, Western blot.
Desirable flow cytometry or immunofluorescence.
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician (Biologielaborant/in, BTA, MTA, or equivalent);
Rigorous, reliable and well-organised, with genuine care for high-quality bench work;
A collaborative mindset and good scientific communication in English (the working language of the laboratory).
