Biologics Drug Product Formulation Principal Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Be an experienced biologics product developer responsible for developing sterile injectable products, parenteral formulations, demonstrating experience in scale-up and regulatory filings
• Designing drug formulation compositions and potentially drug product manufacturing technologies on a laboratory scale
• Drive screening of primary packaging opportunities, compatibility characterization for technology processing and patient administration
• Supporting the operational scale-up process at GR’s fill&finish manufacturing site,
• Engage in literature research, plan experiments, evaluate results, and demonstrate deep knowledge in biologics drug product development
• Ensure completion of key development milestones and appropriate laboratory and regulatory documentation
• Be a member of cross-functional biologics/biosimilar development teams, maintain strong communication with partner organisations
• Establish and maintain relationships with external co-development partners.
• Coordinating the work of colleagues within the group, demonstrate active technical leadership on program development teams
• Actively participate in related analytical investigations

What we expect

• Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Bioengineering/Chemical engineering or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in drug product development, most of it with sterile dosage forms
• Experience in biologics product development and/or complex formulations and process development
• Enjoy coordination and possess a process-oriented mindset
• Excellent English language skills
