  • Uphold Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements by following SOPs, conducting risk assessments, participating in incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring apprentices in best‑practice bioenergy work standards and values.

What you will bring:

  • Trade qualification (Certificate III or IV) in a relevant discipline such as Plumbing or Electrical, with specialized industrial gas systems training (Type B Licence).

  • Proven tenured experience in industrial environments such as wastewater, power generation, gas, landfill gas, anaerobic digestion, or renewable energy.

  • Proven experience in industrial plant operations with working knowledge of pumps, valves, compressors, piping, and associated equipment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated problem‑solving and troubleshooting capability across complex systems.

  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites with a high level of accountability and operational discipline.

  • Strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements, supported by clear communication and reporting skills.

  • Valid driver’s license, White Card (Construction Induction), intermediate computer literacy, and willingness to meet site‑specific requirements including vaccinations (e.g. Q Fever).

  • Experience with instrumentation and controls, including SCADA or remote monitoring systems, supported by relevant licences such as Forklift or EWP, and current First Aid & CPR certification.
