Which is why we always growing on our already successful relationship built within the farming and agricultural industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our Bioresources business. You will help manage the recycling of around 550,000 tonnes of biosolids and 50,000 tonnes of clarification sludge annually to agricultural land or other disposal outlets under a strict regulatory framework. You’ll also ensure that all aspects of the operation are performed safely and compliant with the relevant legislation, codes of practice and assurance scheme.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

  • You’ll ensure that all operational activities are undertaken within budgetary targets and regulatory / code of practice / assurance scheme requirements
  • Using your knowledge and experience to manage the creation of contracts, Field Risk Assessments and Authorisations and entry in BIO in a professional and timely manner
  • You’ll liaising with our Field Liaison Officers and colleagues from Bioresources Operations and Process to manage a sustainable landbank, site stocks, recycling and spreading activities
  • You’ll also be participating in projects and improvement activities to improve and maintain biosolids quality and operations using SBF tools and practices
  • Undertake audits on sites & fields sites to ensure compliance with regulations and ST policies and procedures.

You’ll have experience in communicating with people at all levels in person and remotely with the ability to offer alternative solutions. You’ll also be computer literate and able to use technology and software such as GISST Mapping and MS Office.

As travel for this role is required, you’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence.
