Job Category: Casino & GamingThe Bingo Lead oversees the daily operation of the Bingo Room, ensuring that all sessions are conducted in compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and customer service standards. This position supervises and supports the Bingo Agents and ensures smooth execution of sessions, proper cash and inventory controls, and a positive guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate all bingo floor and cage activities during sessions.
- Ensure agents are properly staffed, positioned, and performing job duties.
- Conduct pre-session floor checks: verify equipment, caller stations, flashboards, and Planet Bingo system readiness.
- Oversee cash handling, payouts, and jackpots in compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with guest disputes, clarifications, or concerns, ensuring friendly resolution.
- Monitor compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations.
- Verify inventory (bingo paper, electronic units, daubers, promotional items).
- Train and mentor new Bingo Agents.
- Complete required paperwork: shift reports, incident logs, jackpot verifications, etc.
- Support promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives within the Bingo Room.
- Ensure the Bingo Room maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of bingo operations and equipment (Planet Bingo, FortuNet, or similar systems).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Math proficiency for verifying payouts and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bingo or casino gaming experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Nevada Gaming Registration required.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
