Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bing Campaign Manager to join a growing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns within the iGaming / casino / betting vertical, with a strong focus on scaling profitable traffic while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Bing (Microsoft Ads) campaigns across multiple GEOs
• Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize ROI
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing (ads, keywords, landing pages)
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market expansion
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Work closely with tech and affiliate teams to improve funnels
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and iGaming regulations
• Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns and entering new markets

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Bing / Microsoft Ads campaigns (must)
• Direct experience in iGaming / online casino / betting vertical (must)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience with tracking tools, attribution, and performance analysis
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with compliance and policy restrictions in paid media
• High level of English (written and spoken)
