Reporting To: BIM Manager
We provide fully integrated design, build, and operational solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating schemes, drawing on extensive experience delivering similar projects for public sector clients across the UK and Ireland. We take genuine pride in the long-standing relationships we have built, working closely with our clients as trusted partners and continuing to support them on their journey toward net zero.
We are looking to appoint a BIM Technician to support the wider BIM and Design teams in developing accurate, coordinated, and information-rich 3D models that facilitate design, offsite manufacture, and onsite installation.
This entry-to-intermediate role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital design, prefabrication, and BIM delivery within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading offsite construction specialists.
The role involves assisting with the creation and maintenance of 3D Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical building services, supporting BIM Coordinators with model coordination and clash detection using Revizto. Responsibilities include updating models to reflect design changes, producing accurate 2D drawings and fabrication and installation drawing packs, and maintaining document control within the Common Data Environment (CDE). The role also involves working closely with engineers, project managers, fabrication and site teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date construction information is available. Ongoing training will be provided in Revit, Revizto and BIM processes, including ISO 19650 standards, with opportunities to contribute to improving modelling standards and team efficiency.
