Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using Revit and BIM technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models accurately reflect project requirements and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including plans, sections, and details.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
• Participate in project coordination meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on modeling data.
• Stay current on industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to BIM and CAD.
• Help train and mentor junior staff on BIM processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Revit CAD Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
• Understanding of architecture and engineering design principles and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
