As experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare shop drawings, schematics, and detailed layouts
• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
• Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
• Assist in project documentation and submission processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on UAE/GCC projects
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
