Key Responsibilities
• Provide support for design teams from 2D to 3D design modelling, 4D simulation, sketches, tender drawing and material computation for engineering design and tender submissions.
• Assist the design engineers in preparation of visualization models for presentations to clients / stakeholders.
• Provide BIM related support to construction supervision and construction project management teams to facilitate information and model compliance with the Project requirements, specifications, BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and level of information needed.
• Work with Coastal Engineering Team to plan, set up, optimize, and monitor the BIM processes for coastal and reclamation projects.
• Verify the contractor’s monthly progress claim for material quantity using Civil 3D (preferred) or other equivalent software.
Key Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture related.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in engineering drafting, design, and BIM modelling for built environment projects. Experience in Coastal & Reclamation related projects will be highly beneficial.
• Strong competency in Autodesk AutoCAD. Highly beneficial to be proficient in Autodesk Civil3D and Autodesk Revit.
• Preferably proficient in Autodesk Navisworks, 4D construction sequencing software and SketchUp.
• Certification on BIM related programs will be beneficial.
• Familiar with relevant standards, project implementation and building codes
• Possess good communication interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work well with dynamic teams.
