Position Title: BIM Modeler

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler to assist in integrating M&E services into architectural and structural designs. The role involves conducting quality checks, resolving model issues, removing unnecessary items, and maintaining model libraries.

What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with the design team to seamlessly integrate M&E services into architectural and structural designs

• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with client's quality standards

• Ensure resolution of all floating elements in the model

• Remove unnecessary items and elements from the model for optimal efficiency

• Identify and resolve clashes during coordination; escalate unresolved issues for further discussion with the client.

• Maintain and develop libraries to ensure consistent and efficient modeling processes.

• Meet specified deadlines for project deliverables.

• Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn, adapt, and be trainable

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

• Exhibit the ability to commence work immediately

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 2 yrs experience as a BIM Modeler

• Proficient in the use of Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks

• Strong coordination skills across all disciplines of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• General understanding of components of MEP services
