We’re seeking a BIM Modeler to support complex MEP systems on high-technology manufacturing and industrial projects. This role focuses on developing coordinated models, resolving clashes, and producing accurate design documentation across piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. It’s a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems including piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• 
  Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts across disciplines
• 
  Produce and update drawings and model-based deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD
• 
  Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure models align with project requirements
• 
  Support coordination meetings and incorporate markups, redlines, and design changes

Qualifications

• 
  5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP or industrial projects
• 
  Strong proficiency with Revit
• 
  Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• 
  Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and collaboration
• 
  Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• 
  Experience supporting high-tech manufacturing or industrial facility projects is a plus
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities
• 
  Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
