WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of5 to 6 years of experiencein a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator role for a contractor or designer, with at least 3 significant past positions on complex civil works or infrastructure projects. A proven track record of successful BIM implementation is essential.
A solid technical background incivil worksis required.
In-depth expertise in BIM methodology, processes, and relevant software(e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Synchro 4D, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to drive advanced BIM uses (4D, 5D, clash detection, data management, digital twins).
Proficiency in managing software implementation and providing user support.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills, capable of training, coordinating, and influencing various stakeholders (designers, site teams, subcontractors, client).
Project language is English(written and spoken).
