Role description:

This role provides senior BIM leadership, mentoring, and technical oversight while managing BIM delivery across projects. It is responsible for developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans, driving process improvements and technology integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, and leading the implementation of BIM practices across the Business Unit while supporting the development of project teams.

Role accountabilities:

• Provide technical BIM leadership, guidance, and expert support to project teams, resolving complex modelling and BIM-related issues.
• Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, standards, and best practices across projects and disciplines.
• Coach, mentor, and train BIM staff through structured learning programs and day-to-day technical support.
• Develop, review, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, quality control procedures, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to establish project BIM requirements, standards, and deliverables.
• Oversee model quality, clash detection, compliance reporting, and constructability reviews to ensure adherence to project and company standards.
• Manage BIM technologies, including software administration, template and family creation, automation initiatives, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with regional and global BIM leaders to align practices with industry standards, identify innovation opportunities, and promote technical excellence within the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, with extensive BIM project experience.
• Strong experience leading BIM teams and delivering BIM solutions for large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in BIM standards and best practices, including ISO 19650, RIBA, and AIA frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop BIM Execution Plans and manage project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
