Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **BIM Manager** to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and enforcement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, execution plans, and coordination workflows across our project portfolio. As a collaborative leader with a visionary approach to digital delivery, you will oversee multidisciplinary BIM teams, ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements, and drive innovation in our modeling and coordination processes. This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering significant opportunity for professional growth and impact within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Develop, implement, and tailor project-level BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with industry standards (NBIM, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, ISO 19650) and client Exchange Information Requirements
  • Establish and administer the project Common Data Environment (CDE), including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, and integration with project management systems
  • Lead BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients across all project phases, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables
  • Oversee day-to-day BIM production performed by internal staff and external teams, ensuring work aligns with project standards, scope, and agreed Level of Development/Information
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews, including visual model inspections, clash detection analysis, and coordination efforts; provide clear documentation of deficiencies and drive timely corrective actions
  • Establish and run multidisciplinary model coordination, including scheduled clash detection, issue triage, model health scoring, and remediation tracking using industry-leading tools
  • Step in to produce, correct, or complete model content directly when needed to keep project deliverables on schedule and maintain quality standards
  • Perform hands-on Revit production across disciplines as required: modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections
  • Setup and verify project models, ensuring correct shared coordinates, base points, survey points, and model-coordination standards
  • Oversee model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D deliverables and manage incoming contractor and consultant model submittals
  • Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Provide technical production support on 3D and 2D deliverables, smart-object content creation, and template development
  • Report monthly on BIM key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance metrics, and deliverable status to project leadership
  • Mentor and train team members on project standards, client-specific workflows, and BIM best practices
  • Capture lessons learned and identify process improvements to refine workflows and enhance team capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and information-delivery milestones, flagging risks in digital deliverables to senior leadership
  • Maintain detailed accountability records, including issue logs, audit results, and deliverable status, providing clear visibility into team performance

Qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant BIM/digital delivery experience, OR Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 7 years of direct experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce and correct model content across multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of industry standards including NBIM, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650
  • Experience with model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary team oversight
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
  • Proficiency in Common Data Environment (CDE) administration and project management workflows

**Preferred Qualifications:**
